Southern Cape is where the future is

This is an observation with a really high risk of bombing on me. But, the fact that I’ll only be proved right, or wrong 10 years from now, makes me brave. My observation: Twenty years from now rainfall patterns in the southern part of South Africa (specifically the parts known as the Western Cape and Southern Cape) will be quite different from those we knew in the previous 50 years.
